What is the SRC?

​The South Carolina Referee Association (SCRA), also known as the South Carolina Referee Committee, operates under the United States Soccer Federation (USSF). Its primary mission is to recruit, educate, evaluate, and assign certified soccer referees to support both adult and youth soccer organizations across South Carolina. The association oversees the certification and annual recertification processes for referees, ensuring they are well-prepared to officiate games statewide.​
